2. Candidate Search: We'll search our database and reach out to potential matches.

3. Preliminary Screening: We conduct initial interviews and check references.

4. Candidate Presentation: We'll present you with 3-5 top candidates who match your criteria.

5. Interviews: You conduct interviews with the candidates you're interested in.

6. Selection & Offer: You select your preferred candidate and extend an offer.

7. Placement: Once the offer is accepted, we assist with any final details.

8. Follow-up: We check in after 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure satisfaction.

The entire process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on your specific requirements and candidate availability. We're committed to finding you the right fit, and we offer a 90-day replacement guarantee if the placed therapist doesn't work out for any reason.
